  2. Remove the radio. First, use a screwdriver to remove the screws which are on the radio. Then, take the radio out of the dash carefully and disconnect the wires at the back of it. At last, place the radio aside.
  3. Install a new unit. First, connect the new unit to the original wiring harness. Please make sure the wires connections are correctly. Then, test the new unit by connecting the negative cable on the battery and turning on the unit. Please pay attention to GPS navigation system, rearview camera, radio and so on for the reason that these functions have special requirements with antennas and wirings.
  4. Install the trim panel. After testing and all the functions are good, you can install the trim panel back to its original place.
